This policy explains what data FluentParrot collects and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

Account: name, email, password (hashed), or Google/Apple/BirebirOnline sign-in data
Learning progress: completed lessons, answers, badges, settings
Audio: microphone recordings during speaking practice, sent for evaluation and processed temporarily
Support: messages you send via help

The microphone is requested only when you start a speaking exercise. We do not listen in the background. Audio is not used for advertising.

You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Account → Delete account.
